Terms of Use
1. Validity
The following General Terms of Use are valid for all contracts on the purchase and delivery of goods with „Lieblingsjeans.de – Theo Poursanidis“, Kirchnerstraße 2, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, („Lieblingsjeans.de“), regardless of the commuication technology used.
We do not accept any other Terms of Use unless we have given our written consent.
2. Cancellation policy
Right of cancellation
You can cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks in writing (e.g., by letter, fax or e-mail) without giving information about the reasons, or though return shipment of the goods. The term for cancellation starts after the receipt of these written instructions, however not before the receiptient has received the goods and also not until the fullfillment of our duty to inform according to § 312 c Abs. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 Abs. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and § 312 e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjuction with § 3 BGB-InfoV and not before the contract has become binding for you due to your acceptance of the purchased item. Timely despatch of the cancellation or the goods suffices for safeguarding the cancellation time limit.

Consequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective cancellation, the performances (i.e., goods and payments respectively) that have been received by both parties must be returned. If you cannot return to us the received goods entirely or partially, or only in deteriorated condition, then we reserve the right to demand reimbursement for the value, should the occasion arise.
You should refrain from everything that adversely affects the value of the goods - in particular, you should not use the goods like an owner - in order to avoid the obligation of paying reimbursement for the value to us.
Important: In the event of a cancellation the goods in question can be returned at our costs and risk.
Packaged goods can be shipped at our risk. You must carry the costs of the return shippment if the delivered items are equal to the ordered items and if the price of the return goods does not exceed 40 Euros. This also applies if the price is above 40 Euros, but the customer has not yet payed for the goods at the time of cancellation or has not payed an agreed installement. In any other case the return shippment is free of charge for you. The obligation to reimburse payments must be carried out within 30 days. The term begins with the sending of a written demand for retreival or the goods and for us with the receipt of such.

3. Ordering and contract conclusion / Buy and try
The minimum ordering age is 18. The minimum ordering value is 25.00 EUR.
After your online order you will receive a confirmation. This however, does not result in a conclusion of contract. The contract becomes binding after acceptance of the respective goods, at the lastest after termination of the 14-day acceptance peroid. You need not declare the acceptance towards Lieblingsjeans.de; your approval is valid if you do not give us any contrary notice within the 14-day acceptance period or send the goods back.
4. Delivery
Accepted orders will be processed in the order of receipt. In general the delivery takes place three to five days after the receipt of the order. In the event that delivery is not possible we will inform you as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days after you order. Uncollected packages will be charged with 15.00 EUR for resulting expenses. The delivery of goods will only be carried out in standard amounts. The articles remain in the ownership of Lieblingsjeans.de.until the goods have been paid for completely.
5. Variations in colour
A difference between the colours displayed on your computer while viewing the items of our website and the actual colours can occur due to the colour rendering of your computer.
6. Prices and shipping expenses
The indicated prices for the goods are including value added tax. The costs for shippment are:

7. Payment
Lieblingsjeans.de offers its customers three different possibilities of payment. You can choose your means of payment in every order you make.

You can pay with any common credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).Lieblingsjeans.de reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card, the solvency regarding the purchase price and the correct address of the buyer in order to be able to refuse an order depending on the outcome.
- Bank transfer (Advance payment)

Lieblingsjeans.de reserves the right to transfer receivables including due installements and fees to third parties. Lieblingsjeans.de also reserves the right, to pledge due receivables.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty right applies to all goods. We ask you to please report material-or fabricational faults, including damage due to transport, by notifying us or the delivery service. Insofar as we grant you a sellers warranty the details of such can be taken from the terms of warranty attached to the respective item.
9. Picture copyrights
The picture copyrights for the images on Lieblingsjeans.de belong to Lieblingsjeans.de - Theo Poursanidis, Kirchnerstraße 2, 60311 Frankfurt am Main. The use of these without our consent is not permitted.

10. GIVEAWAYS
a. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the prize winner must provide proof of age.
b. The promotion will start and close at the advertised date and time.
c. The prize draw will be held at the advertised time.
d. The prize is limited to one prize winner.
e. Only one entry per person.
f. The winner will be chosen at random after the advertised closing date and will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, an alternative winner may be chosen. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
g. Prizes will be sent to the winner within 10 days.
h. Lieblingsjeans.de reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.
i. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
j. Entry to any competition can only be made via the entry page on Lieblingsjeans.de. All details given must be correct and accurate.
k. No responsibility shall be taken for any occurrences resulting from the participant's connection to the internet via the Site unless caused by our negligence. Lieblingsjeans.de does not accept responsibility for any damage (whether material or non-material) caused to participants, to their computer equipment or to data which is stored on them, or to their personal, professional or commercial activities.
l. Lieblingsjeans.de is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate or damaged entries.
m. Lieblingsjeans.de may wish to use winners' names for editorial and publicity purposes on the Site or email communications. It is a condition of entry to any prize draw that you agree to this use of your name.
n. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
o. Except if otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, normal Lieblingsjeans.de terms and conditions apply to the prize.
p. All prize draws are governed by the relevant laws of Germany.
Employees of Lieblingsjeans.de, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household, are not eligible to participate in Giveaways.
