Right of cancellation
You can cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks in writing (e.g., by letter, fax or e-mail) without giving information about the reasons, or though return shipment of the goods. The term of cancellation starts at the earliest on the day after your acceptance of the contract or the termination of the 14-day acceptance period of your purchase, given, that at this time you have received these articles and the goods and we have fullfilled our our duty to inform. Timely despatch of the cancellation or the goods suffices for safeguarding the cancellation time limit.

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation the performances that have been received by both parties must be returned and compensation for advantages must be granted (for example for use of the goods). So you will receive given payments including interest; we receive the delivered goods. If you can only return a part of the goods or if their condition is worsened, you must compensate for the loss in value. You should refrain from everything that adversely affects the value of the goods - in particular, you should not use the goods like an owner - in order to avoid the obligation of paying reimbursement for the value to us.
Important: In the event of a cancellation the goods in question can be returned at our costs and risk.
